VirtualDJ build 8502: a crash fix for deleting songs from lists, and resetGainOnLoad

by

Released 13 January 2025.

What changed

  • Fixes a crash when deleting several songs near the end of a list.
  • Fixes karaoke catalogue downloads to the cache.
  • Vertical videos rotate correctly in the sampler, with a “preserve aspect ratio” option in the sample editor.
  • Fixes FLX10 jog-wheel vibration protection.
  • Right-click the “last folder” toolbar button for a list of recently opened folders.
  • Better “Mute Vocal” on very short segments, and a new resetGainOnLoad setting.

For your library

The list crash was a crash, not a corruption: nothing in these notes points to lists being damaged. Storage formats are unchanged.
