Running /stage:export will clear all current contents.Export replaces the whole worksheet for that repair, so VDJTools asks first. Any fixes you haven’t imported yet would be lost.

If it also warns that database fixes haven’t been copied yet, run CrossRef for those repairs before you re-export the database. Once the database is re-exported, those fixes can’t be copied.
