VirtualDJ build 8490: OneDrive upload, sampler and jog-wheel fixes

What changed

  • Fixes uploading with OneDrive as the CloudDrive provider.
  • Fixes samplerSpanAcrossDecks on 4-pad controllers.
  • Ducking Echo also works with mute.
  • Fixes slip mode switching on when a motorised jog wheel starts.
